If you would like assistance with purchasing a machine during lockdown, please send us an email.
We may not be in the building to answer phone calls, so please send us an email via the contact page if you need to contact us for any reason during lockdown. We are a small team whilst our staff are furloughed, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
From Wednesday 2nd December our opening hours will be as follows:
- Wednesdays: 10am - 3pm
- Thursdays: 10am - 3pm
- Fridays: 10am - 3pm
- Saturdays: 10am - 4pm
- Sundays: CLOSED
- Mondays: CLOSED
- Tuesdays: 10am - 3pm
VISITING OUR SHOP (From Wednesday 2nd December)
In accordance with the Government's guidlines, we will be limiting the number of customers in the store. If the door is locked during the opening hours as listed above, it will be because this limit has been reached. Please wait outside and we will let you in as soon as it is safe to do so.
To help us minimise contact and keep our customers and staff safe:
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the premises to reduce the risk of transmission by touching products while browsing.
- Please wear a face covering and maintain social distancing.
- Please do not visit our shop if you have any coronavirus symptoms (a persistent cough, a high temperature or have lost your sense of taste or smell).
Our online shop is open and we are able to process orders and ship daily.
Not everything is listed on our website, so if there’s something you’re looking for but can’t find, please do send us an email!
Orders are often taking longer to arrive due to the increased demand on Royal Mail and other courier companies. Please be patient and allow longer than usual for your items to arrive.
We would like to thank everyone who has been placing orders online. We know these are difficult times for everyone and genuinely appreciate every purchase being made.
From Wednesday 2nd December we will be able to take machines in for servicing and repair.
There is no need to telephone us in advance - simply bring your machine in during the opening hours as listed above, and we will book it in on arrival. The expected turnaround will be ten days.
We are not able to take bookings in advance and all machines need to be brought into the shop to be booked in. You will then receive a telephone call when your machine is ready to be collected.
In accordance with Government guidelines, our classes currently remain suspended.
Please know that we are making this decision with the best of intentions because we do not think that classes can be held without contravening social distancing guidelines. Given the current situation and uncertainty over the winter months ahead, we also believe it's important that we help to help strengthen virus control.
