The Janome CoverPro 2000CPX (RRP £649 when sold new) is not an overlocker; it is an advanced dedicated cover hem / coverstitch machine! Its design is based on merging the best features of an industrial style coverstitch machine with the convenience of a home sewing machine. This means it sews like a sewing machine with all the dials conveniently located.

It features a wide triple cover hem stitch, exclusive free arm configuration for sleeves etc, and Seam Tightening System (STS). The detachable sewing table easily slides out of the way to reveal the exclusive free arm, so useful for sleeves, cuffs and hard-to-reach areas.

TLC (Tension Level Control) lets you easily change from heavier cotton knits to tricot, light cotton, sheer home décor to bridal fabrics at the flip of a switch. With TLC, you don’t have to adjust tension for flat seams and even stitching when switching between fabric types. This unique feature automatically softens the looper tension for perfect stitching on a wide variety of fabrics.

Located in the looper area for easy access is the quick reference colour threading guide to help you thread without consulting the manual. Threading the lower looper is straightforward too; simply pull the thread through, push the looper closed, and you’re ready to stitch
